Jordan Blanton
Former Student Intern

Jordan Blanton grew up in the small town of Manchester, Tennessee. It was there and in his grandmothers’ garden that he discovered his love for plants. He participated in 4H and FFA throughout his schooling while he also found his interest in many sports and activities such as Track, Cross Country, Martial Arts, Ballet, Rock Climbing, and Yoga. He was at the University of Tennessee studying Spanish and Plant Sciences with a concentration in Organic Production. He is prayerfully discerning plans for his post-undergrad life, but as of now it looks as if he will either go to Graduate school in Chile to study Viticulture and Oenology, or join the Roman Catholic Seminary in Rome, Italy to become a Catholic priest. Wherever he ends up and whatever he does, he is excited to bring along his knowledge and love of plants and organic systems.
